Job summary

TEE YIH JIA FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a results-driven account manager to manage key retail relationships across supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce and general trade. You will develop plans to achieve revenue growth and strengthen market share.

You will plan trade marketing activities, negotiate terms, and identify new opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

English and Mandarin skills are required; Singaporean or PR only.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking ability.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key retail customers including supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce and general trade.
• Develop A&P plans and strategies to achieve sales revenue and growth targets.
• Negotiate trading terms, product listings, pricing and promotional agreements.
• Plan and execute ATL & BTL activities to achieve sales, profitability and distribution targets.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand product distribution and grow sales.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activities with regular updates.
• Manage sales forecasts, stock availability and customer orders with internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
