Job summary

AXIOM RISE CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a IT Administrator to join our Singapore team. You will handle first-line support, triage tickets, and ensure timely resolution for Singapore-based clients.

Key tasks include user and identity administration in Microsoft 365, endpoint support across Windows and macOS, and maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases. The role requires 2+ years in technology administration and a can-do, independent attitude.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in IT support, service desk or helpdesk.
• Clear written English for Singapore-based clients.
• Genuinely methodical; you finish what you start and document actions taken.
• First-line response to client tickets with triage and escalation when needed.
• Monitoring and alert triage across endpoint, network and security alerts.

Responsibilities

• Handle user and identity administration in Microsoft 365 (accounts, licensing, mailboxes, MFA).
• Provide endpoint support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Assist client onboarding tasks and track assets/licenses.
• Document runbooks and knowledge base articles for ticket closure.
• Support lift-and-shift, tech refresh, and turnkey project tasks.
