Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking an Immigration Contractor to support end-to-end work pass administration for employees in Singapore, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and internal SLAs.

The role requires 2–5 years' relevant experience and strong knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, and EP/S Pass/Work Permit frameworks. Familiarity with COMPASS points and Workday is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, and EP/S Pass/Work Permit frameworks.
• Familiarity with COMPASS points system.
• Experience with Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end work pass administration and immigration compliance for employees in Singapore, ensuring adherence to MOM regulations and internal SLAs.
• Manage new work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (PEP, Employment Pass, SPass, Work Permit, Dependant's Pass).
• Address Update on OFWAS
• Track quota and levy requirements; monitor COMPASS framework compliance for EP applications
• Liaise with MOM on queries and appeals
• Coordinate with HRSS, agencies and hiring managers on work pass timelines tied to onboarding
• Maintain accurate transaction records and pass expiry trackers and update work pass expiry onto HR system
• Respond to employee queries on work pass status, eligibility, and dependent pass matters
• Liaise with dedicated clinic on Arsenic and work pass medical requirements
• Compile and provide monthly levy and transaction files to payroll
• Liaise with vendor to initiate work pass renewal for Malaysia employees and payment invoices
• APAC immigration liaison with Fragomen and Santa Fe
• Any adhoc administrative work as required
