• Provide senior-level immigration advice to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients; manage escalations.
• Keep abreast of Singapore immigration policies and translate changes into procedures and case strategies.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management & Execution: Manage Singapore immigration cases end-to-end, including Employment Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Permanent Residence and other relevant applications, renewals and appeals. Assess individual profiles and recommend appropriate application and profile-enhancement strategies.

Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day immigration operations, streamline internal workflows and establish quality assurance standards to ensure accurate and timely submission of client applications in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) requirements.

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, guide and supervise a team of immigration specialists and administrative staff. Monitor workload, case progress and operational KPIs while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency and client service.

Client Consultation & Case Escalation: Act as the senior point of contact for complex cases, providing practical and strategic immigration advice to high-net-worth individuals, executives and corporate clients. Manage escalations professionally and maintain strong client relationships throughout the immigration process.

Regulatory & Policy Monitoring: Keep abreast of developments in Singapore’s immigration and work pass policies, including the MOM COMPASS framework and relevant ICA requirements. Translate regulatory and policy changes into practical guidance, internal procedures and case strategies for the team.

Confidentiality & Data Management: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and ensure that all personal, financial and corporate data is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Requirements:

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Singapore immigration consultancy, with at least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory or team-lead capacity.

Strong Immigration Knowledge: Knowledge of Singapore work pass and immigration matters, including MOM-related applications as well as ICA-related matters.

Operational & Organisational Skills: Strong organisational, case-management and project-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Professionalism & Confidentiality: Responsible, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential personal, financial and administrative information with discretion.

Bilingual Communication: Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a genuine requirement for this role, strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
