Job summary

Oishi Manufacturing PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to manage work passes, payroll, and personnel records. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, policy compliance, and data protection across the workforce.

You'll ensure MOM compliance, CPF and IRAS submissions, and PDPA adherence while handling HR letters and projects. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred to support a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years HR or personnel administration experience.
• Knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF, IRAS, and PDPA compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Work Pass Management: handle applications, renewals and cancellations per MOM regulations.
• Employee Records & Data Management: maintain accurate worker data and contracts; ensure PDPA compliance.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: screen candidates, schedule interviews, manage pre-employment checks, onboarding for foreign workers.
• Compliance & HR Policies: align policies with labor laws; assist audits and document requests.
• Payroll Administration: support payroll processing; CPF contributions and work pass levy deductions.
• General HR Management: draft HR letters; support internal HR projects and initiatives.
