MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Assistant Manager to own day-to-day HR operations with minimal supervision. You will provide guidance on Singapore Employment Law, MOM requirements, and HR policies while ensuring compliance across the organisation.

The role covers payroll, recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits, with a hands-on approach and strong stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering or project-based settings.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law, MOM requirements and HR compliance.
• Salary and payroll experience is essential.
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, statutory matters and training requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide guidance on Singapore Employment Law, HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Stay updated on employment legislation changes and MOM requirements, highlighting compliance gaps.
• Review and improve HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Handle employee-related matters and provide practical HR solutions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Back up payroll and salary-related matters, ensuring accurate computations and timely processing.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes and maintain records.
• Foster positive employee relations and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
