MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will blend strategic workforce planning with hands-on HR operations, spanning talent acquisition, payroll, compensation & benefits, compliance and HR transformation.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage payroll and incentives, partner with Finance, and advise on employee relations while ensuring

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8 years of HR experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience across full-scope HR operations including payroll and incentive administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning with business leaders.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, transfers and exits.
• Manage payroll, commissions, and budget-related HR costs.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reconciliation and cost reporting.
• Drive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
• Advise on employee relations, grievances, engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal policies.
• Lead HR audits, governance and risk management.
• Analyse HR data to support business decisions.
• Drive HR digitalisation, HRIS improvements and automation.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with growth.
