Job summary

HERITAGE HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Concierge to provide personalised, knowledgeable, and attentive guest assistance throughout guests' stays at 21 Carpenter.

The role centers on creating memorable experiences via strong local knowledge, thoughtful recommendations and efficient coordination of dining, attractions, transport and other requests. You will need excellent knowledge of Singapore's attractions, restaurants, culture and transportation options, with a willingness to back up

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Passion for delivering personalised and anticipatory guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and engaging personality.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's dining, culture, lifestyle and transport options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalised service and create memorable experiences for every guest.
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure for a seamless journey.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer thoughtful dining, attraction, entertainment, shopping, and local experiences.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, airport transfers, tours, and other requests promptly.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage and room deliveries while upholding high standards of care.
• Escort guests to rooms and introduce facilities, amenities and services.
• Build rapport with guests and maintain knowledge of preferences for personalised service.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B and other departments to ensure seamless service.
