Job summary

Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford are seeking a friendly Concierge to assist guests with tours, transport, reservations and local information to ensure a memorable stay in Singapore.

Reporting to the Director of Guest Services, you will use Opera and hotel systems, handle telephone inquiries, guest requests and arrivals, and provide up-to-date recommendations on Singapore’s attractions. Minimum two years' experience and a friendly, engaging attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the service industry.
• Knowledge of Opera system and hotel software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Clear English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with tours, transport, and reservations.
