Four Seasons Singapore is seeking a Concierge to be the face of personalised luxury, crafting memorable experiences for every guest. You will transform requests into seamless, bespoke moments with intuition, creativity, and service excellence.

You will curate local knowledge, coordinate with hotel teams and partners, and deliver polished, warm communications while maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality required.
• Prior luxury hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Visa restriction notes Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and personalise guest experiences by managing requests from dining to bespoke arrangements.
• Curate insider knowledge of the destination, including exclusive experiences and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for flawless execution of guest requests.
• Manage guest communications with professionalism and warmth.
• Handle complex requests with creativity and follow-through to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and service excellence.
