Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Market Research or related field.
• Proven experience managing sales or revenue targets independently.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Hands-on experience in writing proposals; questionnaire design; fieldwork coordination; data processing.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of sales & marketing principles.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Basic technical understanding of web, SaaS, or statistical applications and survey tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and contribute to revenue targets for Singapore.
• Manage accounts of key clients and support growth as assigned by Country Director Singapore.
• Lead sales expansion efforts and generate leads.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate weekly sales progress and report to top management.
• Present Rakuten Insight's services and products professionally to clients.
• Collaborate with project teams across countries to deliver projects on time.
• Develop local vendor partnerships to support demand from various offices.
