Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline and track KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Analyse and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Provide administrative support and assist with business operations and reporting.
• Support Director with clientss meetings
• Increase company sales by expanding the customer base through targeted outreach, including cold calling.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customer profiles who may need the companys services.
