Job summary

Rakuten Advertising in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee affiliate programs across a high-potential portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison, coordinating services and campaigns to maximize value for clients and Rakuten alike.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft engagement plans, forecast revenue, and identify new opportunities across markets. Strong communication and a commercial mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in client-facing account management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Japanese N1 or Korean language skills advantageous.
• Experience in performance marketing / affiliate marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex client interactions and ensure timely responses.
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop engagement plans tailored to client objectives.
• Manage affiliate campaigns and drive revenue growth.
• Document interactions in CRM and forecast revenue for portfolio.
