Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Customer Engagement (CCaaS) Sales Specialist to own growth of Contact Centre, AI for CX and CCaaS across the region.

You will lead end-to-end solution sales cycles, engaging senior executives to shape their customer engagement roadmap and drive revenue growth. You will translate Cisco's portfolio into business outcomes, partner with account teams and channels, and build a trusted advisory relationship with CX, IT and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology sales experience, including 10+ years selling Contact Centre, CCaaS or customer experience solutions to enterprise customers.
• 10+ years of experience carrying and consistently achieving an individual revenue quota for solution or application sales.
• 5+ years of experience selling through a channel-led go-to-market model, including joint pursuits with channel partners, systems integrators or third-party contact centre solution partners.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Contact Centre, SaaS and cloud architectures and adjacent technologies including campaign management, workforce optimisation, quality management and AI for CX.
• Proven track record of enterprise sales in Singapore and one or more ASEAN markets, with strong experience developing strategic relationships with senior and executive-level customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market share for Cisco's CCaaS and CX portfolio in Singapore.
• Lead strategic solution sales cycles from opportunity creation to close with forecastable pursuits.
• Engage CX, customer service, digital and IT executives as a trusted advisor on technology vision and value.
• Coach and enable account managers and partner sellers to scale domain expertise across the team.
• Coordinate with solution architects and partners to deliver a cohesive technology plan aligned to account strategy.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and provide market insights to sharpen go-to-market.
