Job summary

Cisco Systems (USA) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Director - Customer Experience to lead a CX team and own end-to-end outcomes for strategic accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and revenue growth. You will build executive relationships and ensure value realization across the Cisco portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Renewals, Finance, and BU teams to align strategy, mitigate renewal risk, and coach the team on data-driven decisions that improve customer satisfaction and long-term

Qualifications

• Experience leading CX teams and managing revenue.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and value realization.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CX team of CXMs, CSMs, and CPM resources to drive adoption and CX services business.
• Own end-to-end revenue and P&L for your customer segment.
• Serve as executive contact for aligned customers and develop success strategies.
• Ensure delivery of customer outcomes across the Cisco portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs like services revenue, margin, and software adoption.
