Job summary

Cisco in Singapore seeks a senior technical lead to guide strategic customers in designing multi-domain architectures across networking, data centre, security, cloud and AI infra. You will drive delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes, collaborating with Sales, Systems Engineering, CX Delivery, TAC and partners.

You will own large-scale transformations, validate solutions via labs and PoCs, and lead technical enablement across the region. Strong executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CCIE/CCDE with 12+ years of hands-on experience.
• Expert-level depth in networking and/or security.
• Proven pre-sales design and delivery ownership for enterprise or service provider customers.
• Ability to lead complex engagements through architecture, governance and handover.
• Experience using telemetry, observability or lifecycle insights to guide outcomes.
• Strong executive communication to VP/C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for strategic accounts from scoping through renewal.
• Design multi-domain solutions across networking, data centre, security and cloud.
• Oversee large-scale transformations, including risk, cutover and readiness.
• Validate solutions via labs/ PoCs and drive production adoption.
• Provide data-led reviews using telemetry and lifecycle insights.
• Mentor architects and drive regional technical initiatives.
