The Achieve Group is seeking a senior HR leader based in Singapore to own the international HR agenda across multiple countries. You will partner with regional business leaders and Group HR to align people strategies with local regulations and business growth.

In this role you will drive talent management, total rewards, and HR operations, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and lead a regional HR team. Fluent English and Mandarin are required for coordination with headquarters.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and senior HR experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience shaping talent strategy, total rewards, and organizational change.
• Knowledge of employment laws across regional markets, including Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the HR strategy for international offices, aligned with Group priorities.
• Advise regional heads and senior leadership as a trusted partner.
• Translate business plans into workforce planning, organization design and talent priorities.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development across the region.
• Drive performance management, engagement and retention and build employer brand.
