Hyphen Partners, a fast-growing international data center operator, seeks a VP, Human Resources to shape and lead the people function as the business scales globally from Singapore and SEA markets.

The role builds global HR infrastructure, organisation, and talent strategy, partnering with the CEO, leadership team and Board. You will own end-to-end HR including design, talent, leadership development, performance, compensation, mobility, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
