Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR partner in Singapore to collaborate with regional leaders on people plans that drive growth and transformation.

You will advise leaders, coach managers, manage HR systems and payroll across regional locations, lead recruitment, monitor engagement, and ensure compliance with local labour laws. This role offers broad exposure to people strategy and a hands-on opportunity to shape the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and functional leaders on people plans that support business growth
• Advise and challenge leaders, and coach managers on performance, employee relations and people management
• Use people data to spot risks and opportunities, and lead engagement and retention initiatives
• Support organisational change, restructures and transformation work
• Own recruitment campaigns end to end, update job descriptions and train line managers on hiring
• Manage the HR system, plus onboarding, offboarding and senior exit interviews
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Benchmark market compensation and manage benefits providers and plan administration
• Pull HR analytics for the management team
• Prepare payroll for relevant regional locations
• Roll out learning, development and wellbeing programmes with the Global HR team
• Keep HR processes compliant with local labour laws across the region
