Job summary

singapore fozl group pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Strategic Manager to lead HR initiatives from our Singapore headquarters and regional subsidiaries in Malaysia and China.

You will drive talent management, compensation, benefits, and compliance while mentoring HR and admin teams to support growth. The role requires 6–8 years of HR leadership experience, fluency in Mandarin, and strong knowledge of Singapore regulations with regional awareness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years' experience in HR management with regional exposure and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of Singapore MOM regulations; knowledge of Malaysia and China labor laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HR and Admin Support teams across the Group.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding strategies.
• Conduct market benchmarking and manage total rewards programs; optimize payroll processes.
• Oversee performance management, appraisals, goal-setting, and career development.
• Design training roadmaps and lead committees for performance, training, counselling, academy, and welfare.
• Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Singapore MOM regulations and regional laws.
• Supervise admin operations, corporate insurance, grants, tenancy renewals, and day-to-day office functions.
