Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC operations within banking.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workflow improvement or transformation.
• Strong knowledge of KYC regulatory requirements and controls.
• Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure delivery of objectives.
• Analyze current-state KYC workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design future-state processes to improve efficiency and enable automation.
• Work with automation and tech teams on solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate communications among business, IT, vendors, and HQ teams.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and project materials.
