Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC operations within the banking industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workflow improvement and banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of KYC regulatory requirements and controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with automation initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
• Analyze and document current-state KYC workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design future-state processes to enhance efficiency and leverage automation.
• Support solution design, development, testing, and deployment with automation/tech teams.
• Facilitate communication among business, IT, vendors, and headquarters teams.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and project materials.
