Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to help analyze and optimize KYC operational processes, driving standardization and efficiency across functions in Singapore.

The role focuses on documenting As-Is and To-Be process flows, gathering business requirements, and producing SOPs and other process documentation. You will partner with business, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives, support AI and automation

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, PMO, Project Manager, or Business Transformation Consultant.
Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Strong process mapping, business analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities.
Proven experience in facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, and cross-functional discussions.
Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and issue management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze and improve existing KYC operational processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flows, business requirements, SOPs and other process documentation.
Partner with business, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and drive process transformation initiatives.
Support AI, automation and digital transformation projects, including reviewing process and control requirements to ensure alignment with operational and risk standards.
Lead and support UAT activities, including test planning, test case preparation, execution, issue tracking and resolution, through to implementation.
Develop training materials, conduct end-user training, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
