Job summary

SNAPFIND TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to analyze KYC operational processes, document As-Is/To-Be flows, and drive standardization and efficiency in banking/financial services domains.

You will lead workshops, support UAT, develop SOPs, and collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams on automation and digital transformation initiatives. Strong English comunicação is essential, with beneficial familiarity in Power Platform/OCR solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, PMO, Project Manager, or Business Transformation Consultant.
Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry.
Strong process mapping, business analysis, and requirements gathering.
Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, and cross‑functional discussions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Loan, Trade Finance, Remittance, KYC, AML, or Banking Operations processes is preferred.
Experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
Understanding of Power Platform, Power Apps, workflow automation, AI, and OCR solutions is advantageous.
Candidates with Japanese language proficiency would be highly preferred, as this would be an added advantage in supporting effective communication and collaboration with Japanese‑speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyse KYC operational processes to identify standardization, optimization, and process improvement opportunities.
Document and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flows, procedures, and business requirements.
Support AI and automation control review activities to ensure compliance with operational and risk management standards.
Coordinate stakeholder reviews, gather business requirements, and facilitate requirement workshops.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case preparation, execution, and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain procedure manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
Facilitate end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to drive process enhancement initiatives and implementation activities.
