Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst to lead KYC workflow improvement projects. You will collaborate with PM/PMO, business users, IT, vendors and HQ teams to analyze and document As-Is processes and design To-Be workflows.

The role focuses on identifying gaps, streamlining and automating KYC processes, and translating business needs into practical system solutions, including UAT and implementation support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of KYC operations experience in banking or financial services.
• 3+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or workflow transformation.
• Strong understanding of banking KYC processes and operations.
• Experience collaborating with IT, automation, or technology teams is preferred.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate KYC processes and translate business needs into practical system/workflow solutions.

• Prepare process flows, requirements documents and project documentation, while coordinating stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of KYC Operations experience within banking, with 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, process improvement or workflow transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of banking KYC processes and operations, with the ability to translate business needs into process improvements.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping and documentation skills, including As-Is/To-Be analysis.
• Experience working with IT, automation or technology teams on system/process enhancement projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across business users, IT, vendors and HQ teams.
