Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a KYC Specialist in Singapore to oversee and manage the KYC process for private banking clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role includes conducting Level 1 checks, evaluating risk profiles, and coordinating with relationship managers and compliance teams to ensure timely reviews.

You will identify process improvements and automation opportunities, and maintain static customer data for the Singapore branch.

Qualifications

Perform Level 1 checks on KYC documentation and customer profiles.
Ensure Level 1 reviews are completed within the stipulated timelines.
Evaluate customer risk profiles and enhance risk mitigation strategies based on KYC findings.
Liaise with relationship managers, compliance teams, and senior management to facilitate efficient KYC processes.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the KYC framework.
Maintenance of static customer data for Singapore branch.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management on ad-hoc and project basis.
