Job summary

Horizon3.ai in Singapore is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You will help expand our customer base by generating leads, initiating outbound outreach, and routing prospects to the right sales specialists.

You will work with an experienced team across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine outreach practices and achieve targets. This role supports our mission to enable proactive security testing and fast growth in APAC.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a Sales Development role.
• At least 6 months experience in information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of online privacy, security standards, and product compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).
• Partnership development experience, including identifying partners and discussing agreements.
• Experience with Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, social channels, and multi-channel outreach.
• Promptly follow up with inbound leads to maximize opportunities.
• Create strong first impressions using professional communication and effective scripts.
• Coordinate with assigned reps to identify opportunities and plan qualification calls.
• Schedule and manage sales calls, emails, and engagements.
• Keep leads organized and follow up with agility.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations teams across initiatives.
• Strategize with the team to improve the sales development process.
• Stay informed on product details to answer customer questions.
• Set and strives to exceed sales targets.
