Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and standards of foods in line with SOP.
• Maintain highest standards for preparation and presentation.
• Develop menus with new or existing culinary creations to ensure variety and quality.
• Control and manage food costs and wastage.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene per NEA requirements.
• Oversee daily production and operations in the kitchen, including staffing planning.
• Ensure all staff comply with safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
