Job summary

SAN REN XIN 三人行 in Singapore is seeking a chef to lead kitchen operations across our Fujian and Sichuan inspired menu at Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction, or Bedok Mall. You will manage daily cooking, prep ingredients, and ensure consistent quality.

Two years of kitchen experience, ability to work public holidays and weekends, and a six-day work week are required. We offer meals, uniforms, medical benefits, staff discounts, birthday privileges, and other insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience in the restaurant
• Able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends
• 6 days work per week
• Work location: Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction or Bedok Mall

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the kitchen
• Responsible for food ingredients preparation and cook designated items on the menu
• Ensure all foods prepared are done with the same level of quality and consistency
• Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment
• Adhere statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines
• Responsible for managing kitchen operations
