Minimum 10 years in high-end Sichuan kitchens, leading teams, with strong knowledge of traditional flavours, techniques and ingredients. The role emphasizes innovation while preserving authenticity and exceptional plating in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Sichuan cuisine experience in high-end restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Sichuan flavours, techniques and ingredients.
• Leadership experience with kitchen teams, food costing and inventory control.
• Ability to curate innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity.
• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred.
