The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in retail/shop operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations including opening/closing procedures, cashier operations, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate shop employees to ensure productivity and good performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, achieve sales targets, and implement strategies to improve sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, arrange stock replenishment, and ensure proper product displays.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, payment processing, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Maintain attractive product displays, pricing labels, and shop presentation.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
• Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, staff attendance records, and other operational reports.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
