Job summary

the nailist city is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily shop operations in Singapore. You will lead a small team, ensure top-notch presentation, handle customer appointments and feedback, and drive sales through targeted promotions.

You will train staff, resolve issues, manage inventory, and assist with payroll and commissions, aiming to meet KPI targets while maintaining hygiene and a high service standard.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop
• Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop
• Follow up on customer's appointment and feedback
• Train team members, motivate team's morale and resolve staff issues
• Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target
• Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies
• Prepare sales reports, staff rosters and assist with payroll and commission calculations
