Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a retail associate in Singapore to provide friendly customer service, assist with product enquiries, and drive sales of uniforms, badges, and merchandise. You will handle cashless and cash payments, coordinate orders with schools, and maintain stock and shop presentation.

Working location is Bishan, five-day work week (Tue-Sat), 9:00am–6:30pm, with AWS and VB. Prior experience in retail operations or with POS systems is preferred.

• Experience in retail operations, inventory management, or customer service.
• Experience with POS systems.

• Provide friendly customer service and assist with product enquiries and purchases.
• Promote and sell uniforms, badges, and merchandise.
• Process cash and cashless payments accurately.
• Handle customer enquiries and orders via email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Coordinate orders, collections, and deliveries with customers and schools.
• Receive, organise, and maintain stock and inventory.
• Conduct stock checks and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked.

• Working Location: Bishan (Walking distance from MRT)

• Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday (5 days)

• Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm

• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Experience in retail operations, inventory management, or customer service will be an advantage.

• Experience with POS systems will be an advantage
