Job summary

SINGAPORE FASHION TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Singapore to greet customers and assist with payments, exchanges, and inquiries, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

You will support daily store operations, manage stock counts, and upsell plus-size fashion and accessories, while keeping the shop clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Mid-level computer skills with familiarity in social media marketing.
• Experience in fashion retail or plus-size fashion is desirable.
• Able to commit to retail hours, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, delivering an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Process customer payments, exchanges, inquiries, and related service tasks.
• Support day-to-day retail store operations and housekeeping.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory re-counts.
• Upsell of plus-size products and accessories.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic shopping environment for staff and customers.

Job description

Role Description:

• Min 4hr/day, 5 days a week
• Greet and assist customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times;
• Process customer payments, exchanges, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and other customer service related work;
• Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store;
• Inventory management and regular stock re-count;
• Upselling of plus size products and accessories etc;
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff, and customers;

Job requirement:

• Singaporean/PR/LSVP with LOC
• At least 2 year’s experience in retail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin;
• Mid-level computer skills and awareness of social media marketing;
• Relevant experience in fashion retail or plus size fashion is highly desirable;
• Able to commit to retail hours (5 days a week);
