Job summary

Kawata International PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to greet customers, operate the POS, and assist shoppers in locating products. You will maintain stock, create appealing displays, and ensure cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced store environment.

Candidates should have retail sales experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and be available to work weekends and public holidays. Training provided for product knowledge and store procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is required.
• Greet customers and assist with their needs.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain stock levels and organize displays.
• Ensure store cleanliness and health & safety practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Requirements and Responsibly

• Greet customers who enter the store, managing the cash register or point of sale system, helping customers find products in their store
• Answering Customers questions and addressing concerns
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Good team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
• Product Knowledge -Recommending products or merchandise to help customers
• Stocking merchandise and creating displays. Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
• Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Receive and report on all sales leads
• Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
• With retail sales experience
• Able to commit weekends and public holiday
• Working hours of 10am-7pm/ 1pm-10pm /12-9pm
