Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Store Assistant to coordinate daily shipping, receiving and warehousing activities. You will oversee staff handling shipments and ensure accurate records to meet customer delivery expectations.

This role requires 1–3 years in shipping or logistics, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a team with attention to detail. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
• Proven experience in shipping or logistics and warehouse coordination.
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service.
• Interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, multitasker and team player.
• Able to lead effectively when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving and warehousing activities.
• Coordinate inventory transfers with related departments.
• Ensure accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment.
• Communicate with Production and Customer Service to meet delivery dates.
• Maintain warehouse and consignment inventory.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Assistant to assist and coordinate daily shipping, receiving and warehousing activities. This role coordinates activities of the employees engaged in shipping and receiving of products and materials and in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. The overall goal is to ensure that the shipping and warehousing processes are running smoothly and effectively to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities - Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse

• Communicate with the Production and Customer Service teams to achieve Customer delivery dates
• Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to & from warehouse, coordinate inventory transfers with related departments
• Maintain warehouse, consignment inventory, inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and securing the warehouse
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as Shipping or Logistic
• Required to lead effectively with a sense of urgency and an emphasis on great customer service
• Interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Detail oriented, multi-tasked and a team player
• Not Afraid of Heights

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
