DKSH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive, Shipping Operations for a 7-month contract starting October 2026, based in Lorong Chuan, Singapore.

You will oversee end-to-end shipping activities, verify documents for customs clearance, and resolve freight disputes while supporting team development and continuous improvement. The role involves processing POs, permits, import/export clearances, tracking shipments, handling claims, and mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Incoterms and HS codes is an advantage.
• Meticulous, independent, and results-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipping activities and document verification.
• Coordinate permits, clearance, and carrier arrangements.
• Handle rate inquiries and prepare freight quotations across Incoterms.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and verify invoices/delivery notes.
• Assist in policy/SOP updates based on regulatory changes.
• Provide backup support to Senior Executive and mentor junior staff.
