Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Executive for our Singapore office. The role involves handling shipping documentation, import/export and CNB licences, and coordinating with warehouses, freight forwarders, and overseas partners from Pandan Loop, Clementi.

You will verify HS codes, manage vessel nominations, and liaise with suppliers and customers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipments. Salary ranges SGD 2,500–3,000 with standard weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of Shipping Documents (Import/Export, Back to Back & Transhipment) including D/O, Invoices, COO (FTA), etc.
• Customs Permit Declaration & CNB Licence Application
• Liase and Co-ordinate with Warehouse, Freight Forwarders & Liners
• Source for competitive freight rates
• Liase with overseas customers/suppliers and work closely with various departments
• Checking of HS Codes
• Checking and accepting of vessel nomination
• Liase with overseas customers
