Job summary

Richfield Marine Agencies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Operations Coordinator to oversee regional container shipping activities and vessel operations for bunkering.

You will coordinate with principals, regional agency offices, and shippers to align actions; manage end-to-end containerised and OOG shipments; prepare export documents; and support daily operations with internal and external stakeholders, including ship husbandry during bunkering calls in our Singapore operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in port agency, shipping operations and containerised service.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, port procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant shipping systems.
• Ability to work 24/7 when needed.
