Job summary

Richfield Marine Agencies (S) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Shipping Operations Coordinator to lead and oversee regional container shipping activities, ensuring smooth end-to-end flows.

You will coordinate with principals, agency offices and shippers, prepare export documents for regulatory compliance, and support bunkering calls. The role requires 24/7 availability and strong knowledge of maritime procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in port agency, shipping operations and containerised service.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and port procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 24/7 when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee container shipping operations within our regional network.
• Coordinate with principals, regional agency offices, and shippers to align activities and resolve issues.
• Manage end-to-end containerised and Out-Of-Gauge (OOG) shipment processes with the team to deliver reliable service outcomes.
• Prepare and verify complete sets of shipping export documents for regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address daily operational requirements and challenges.
• Manage ship’s husbandry operations during bunkering calls in Singapore.
