Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore invites applications for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator who will communicate with customers, operations, and shipping agents to ensure smooth product movements and shipments. You will coordinate documentation and process orders while keeping all parties aligned.

You must be a Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience, proficient in MS Office and TRADENET, and willing to standby after office hours plus travel to worksite with site allowances.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma holder with 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in shipping/logistic/terminal industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and TRADENET.
• Team player with strong interpersonal & customer service skills.
• Able to perform standby duty after office hours.
• Ready to travel to worksite with comprehensive site allowances.
• Only SINGAPOREANs need apply.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, operations department, shipping agents to facilitate smooth operations on products movements and shipments.
• Follow up on the status of products movements and shipment, and work closely with internal departments.
• Perform order processing, documentation and permit declaration.
• Timely communication with various stakeholders of unexpected events at all times.
