Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and organise shipping documents for accurate data entry.
• Verify documents and correct discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
• Follow up on incomplete documentation and obtain the necessary information.
• Maintain organised records and retrieve documents when required.
• Prepare shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin and Bills of Lading.
• Assist with export permit declarations and shipping arrangements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping agents on local deliveries and export shipments.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipping operations.
• Perform overtime when required and assist with other duties as assigned.
