Job summary

• Manage air and sea import and export shipments, including transshipment, to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Coordinate shipment arrangements by liaising with customers and overseas agents to meet logistics requirements
• Collaborate with transporters to facilitate cargo clearance and delivery, resolving issues promptly
• Prepare invoices, permit declarations, and insurance declarations accurately for customer shipments
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to document, track, and report shipment details efficiently
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support logistics operations
