Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a Shipping Executive to oversee end-to-end shipping activities from Jurong West. You will handle import/export documentation, coordinate with production and warehouse, arrange container bookings, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

The role requires a minimum GCE O-Level and at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of B/L, health certificates, FTAs, and certificate applications.

• Ability to work independently and manage duties.

Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of shipping processes including import and export documentation such as Bill of Lading (B/L), health certificates, certificates of origin, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), and vessel bookings.
• Capable of independently managing and executing all shipping duties.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure products are ready for shipment.
• Organize container bookings and oversee the loading process.
• Prepare and distribute all required shipping documents to customers efficiently.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am - 5.00pm)

Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
