Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pasir Ris/Loyang area is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to prepare export documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and liaise with forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics Management and 1–2 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment. You should be a proactive team player with good communication, proficient in MS Office, and willing to work ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
• A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Frequent OT required.
