LOGICATORS WAREHOUSING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Logistics Coordinator to create import and export jobs from system entry through billing and file closure.

You will coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and customers to ensure smooth shipment arrivals, bookings, and arrangements. Key requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to overtime.

• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization of urgent tasks.
• Willing to work overtime regularly.

Responsibilities

• Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure
• Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
• Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
• Handle import & export custom permit
• Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
• Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
• Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent
• Support Sales for quotation
• Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
