Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Logistics Customer Support Officer to join our shipping team in Bukit Merah. You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate documentation to support smooth cross-border operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in freight forwarding or logistics, a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field, and strong MS Office skills. Incoterms knowledge and ability to work with overseas partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics operations.
• Good understanding of international shipping procedures, documentation and customs requirements.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and air/sea freight processes.
• Comfortable with data entry and logistics/freight management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to work effectively with customers, overseas agents and internal stakeholders.
• Willing to take on ad-hoc duties and adapt to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipping documents are accurate, complete and dispatched on time
• Ensure documentation complies with customs and international trade requirements
• Handle freight service data entry and maintain accurate records
• Support tariff, freight rate, cost and quotation enquiries
• Apply knowledge of shipping Incoterms and freight processes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Follow established operational policies, procedures and standards
• Handle operational issues and other ad-hoc duties as required

Location: Bukit Merah

Salary: S$3,300 – S$3,600/month, depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
