Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator to support customer enquiries, shipments and documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, 1–3 years of experience, familiarity with Incoterms, and MS Office proficiency to maintain accurate records and liaise with customers and overseas agents. This position offers on-site work in Bukit Merah, with standard hours and a focus on timely, compliant shipping operations and clear communication with partners

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics operations preferred.
• Good understanding of international shipping procedures, documentation and customs requirements.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and air/sea freight processes.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with data entry and logistics/freight management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries relating to shipments, vessel ETA and charges
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support
• Coordinate shipping activities and documentation with customers and overseas agents
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate, complete and dispatched on time
• Ensure documentation complies with customs and international trade requirements
• Handle freight service data entry and maintain accurate records
• Support tariff, freight rate, cost and quotation enquiries
• Apply knowledge of shipping Incoterms and freight processes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Follow established operational policies, procedures and standards
• Handle operational issues and other ad-hoc duties as required

Location: Bukit Merah
Salary: S$3,300 – S$3,600/month, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
