• Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and customs.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and air/sea freight processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries relating to shipments, vessel ETA and charges.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
• Coordinate shipping activities and documentation with customers and overseas agents.
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate, complete and dispatched on time.
• Ensure documentation complies with customs and international trade requirements.
• Handle freight service data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Support tariff, freight rate, cost and quotation enquiries.
• Apply knowledge of Incoterms and freight processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow established operational policies, procedures and standards.
• Handle operational issues and ad-hoc duties as required.

Job description

Location: Bukit Merah
Salary: S$3,300 – S$3,600/month, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:30pm

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics operations preferred

Good understanding of international shipping procedures, documentation and customs requirements

Familiarity with Incoterms and air/sea freight processes

Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities

Comfortable with data entry and logistics/freight management systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

Able to work effectively with customers, overseas agents and internal stakeholders

Willing to take on ad-hoc duties and adapt to operational requirements
