Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Shipping Assistant in Singapore to handle import shipping documents, transhipment tasks, invoicing, and permit declarations. Training will be provided to entry-level candidates, and you will coordinate with customers, agents, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:45am-5:45pm, with a permanent contract and salary up to SGD 3,200 plus AWS, annual leave, and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic shipping knowledge and freight forwarding exposure.
• Experience with data entry and documentation processes.
• Willing to learn and undergo training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process import shipping documents and update shipment details in the system.
• Handle simple transhipment documentation and obtain eDO.
• Prepare invoices, debit notes and vendor payment documents.
• Assist with TradeNet permit declarations.
• Arrange deliveries and coordinate with customers, agents and vendors.
• Handle email correspondence and general shipment follow-up.
